UI/UX Designer - Middle

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose of the role:

You will design and maintain consistent, scalable user interfaces, working closely with the design system and development team to deliver high-quality, adaptive UI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with the design system: create new components, maintain existing ones, and think in tokens and scalable patterns

• Create adaptive interfaces for different screen sizes and platforms

• Maintain clean, well-structured Figma files that are easy for the team and developers to work with

• Ensure visual consistency across the product: typography, hierarchy, grids, contrast, spacing, and color

• Build prototypes ranging from simple to medium complexity

• Collaborate with front-end developers: prepare designs for handoff, understand layout constraints and interactions

• Support the visual side of the product: icons, illustrations, and UI graphics

• Use generative AI tools when needed for quick concepts and variations

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer

• Strong Figma skills: Auto Layout, components, variants, design systems

• Solid understanding of visual design: composition, hierarchy, typography, color

• Understanding of UX principles and interaction logic

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with development processes

• Ability to create prototypes of medium complexity

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively

• Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
