Description

We are currently collaborating with a leading global e-commerce group, present in Asia, Europe and in the Americas. In this context, we are looking for someone with energy, a sense of responsibility, and motivation to take on the role of Product Designer, Mid in one of the strategic initiatives we are leading with this client.

Responsibilities

In practical terms, this person will be primarily responsible for designing and evolving B2B internal platforms and backoffice tools used by operational, commercial teams, and external partners.


On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Participate actively in problem definition, solution design, and continuous product evolution.
  • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in every design decision.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers within cross-functional product teams.
  • Structure complex workflows and business rules into intuitive and usable interfaces.
  • Apply strong UX and UI principles with attention to detail and high-quality execution.
  • Utilize and contribute to design systems and reusable components for consistency.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly based on research, data, and business objectives.
  • Work autonomously while aligning with product roadmaps and team goals.

Prerequisites

For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.


You'll be the right fit if you bring these mandatory requirements:

  • Experience working as a Product Designer in digital product teams.
  • Experience designing B2B products, internal tools, or complex platforms.
  • Ability to structure problems and communicate design decisions clearly based on research, data, and business goals.
  • Strong UX and UI skills, with high attention to detail and quality execution.
  • Experience with design systems and reusable components.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with team objectives.

And it will be very nice if you also bring:

  • Experience with platforms involving operational workflows, data-heavy interfaces, large forms, or advanced configurations.
  • Comfort working with metrics, analytics, and qualitative feedback.
  • Experience in Agile/squad-based environments.
  • Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, data models, frontend constraints).

Experiences

This is a full-remote position and you are welcome to apply for this position ONLY if you live in PORTUGAL. Unfortunately for this position we are unable to accept applicants from other countries.


You may occasionally be required to work from a client site in the Greater Porto area for specific, planned projects. Please note this is not a hybrid working model and visits will be ad hoc.


This position is part of a long-term project.


Languages: In this role, work with both the FCamara team and the client will be conducted in English. As this will be your primary working language, it is a requirement that you are professionally proficient in this language.
