Lead Product Designer (Founding Team)

A defense-tech startup, building an AI-powered autonomous systems that connect cameras, sensors, and natural-language interfaces, is looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our founding team. This role goes beyond pure design, while your primary focus will be shaping intuitive, high-impact product experiences, you’ll also be a key voice in broader product decisions and design-driven operations.

• Product Design Leadership: Own and elevate the user experience across Conntour’s platform, building design systems that scale with us.
• Founding Team Mindset: Beyond product design, you’ll collaborate on product strategy and features, and contribute to design needs across the company - from sales to marketing (website, LinkedIn, etc.).
• User Research & Testing: Lead user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs and translate them into product improvements.
• A Passion for Simplicity: Making the complex feel intuitive through thoughtful, clear design.
• Experience: 4+ years in Product design or UI/UX design.
• Prior leadership or ownership responsibilities.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design for complex, data-rich applications.
• Not Afraid to Go Deep: Comfortable taking on wide responsibilities as part of a founding team.
