  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM East Fremantle, WA 6158
  • Including a 30-minute paid break

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This person will be responsible for creating a wide range of design assets across digital and print, supporting our social media presence, online learning platforms, and company branding materials. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable with day-to-day production work and contributing creatively to branding and visual strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce social media assets (posts, stories, ads, etc.) that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Create and maintain branding materials such as:
    • Workbooks, presentations, PDFs

    • Website and landing page graphics

    • Email newsletters and templates

    • Community and e-learning portal visuals

  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

  • Assist in refining and evolving our brand identity as we grow.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in a digital-first environment).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing for web, email, and social media.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design work.
  • Understanding of basic UX/UI principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Mailchimp, WordPress, Kajabi, Teachable, or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback.
